“Lisa helped me purchase my first home. She was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. When we were looking at homes, her attention to detail is second to none. It felt like she was a home inspector buying the home for herself with all the details she would bring to my attention. These are things I would have never noticed while touring the homes which saved me time and money. I felt very comfortable deciding on a home with Lisa by my side. An added bonus that I wasn’t expecting is that she is bilingual in Spanish and English. Lisa made my mom feel very comfortable because she would explain everything to me in English and then explain it again to my mom in Spanish. I have already recommended her to family and friends and will definitely be reaching out to Lisa on my next home purchase.”

“Lisa Farwell is delightful to work with. Her responsiveness helped us feel like we were her only client. We needed to relocate due to my wife’s declining health. Lisa’s extensive network of stagers, cleaners, painters, handymen, packers, movers, and bankers, etc. helped us save considerable time and money during this stressful time. Lisa helped us far beyond what we expected a Realtor to typically perform. Lisa’s experience with home presentation helped us avoid expensive modifications that would not have been cost effective. Her expertise in marketing South Minneapolis homes enabled her to sell two homes on our block (including ours) this Fall, both in less than a week each and both for above asking prices. If we need or want to relocate again, we definitely hope to work with Lisa Farwell again!”

“I highly recommend Lisa to help purchase or sell your home! I recently worked with Lisa to purchase my first home in South Minneapolis. As a first time homebuyer, I was a bit unknowledgeable and intimidated by the home buying process. Lisa first met with me to break down and explain the entire home buying process. After our first meeting, Lisa was a pleasure to work with throughout each step of the home buying process from house hunting to inspection to closing. Importantly, Lisa was always very responsive (and fast) and made time for us. Further, Lisa recommended a great team of trustworthy and knowledgeable lenders, contractors, closing agents etc. who also made the home buying process streamlined and easy (even with impending COVID shutdowns).
